Load Shedding In Pakistan

  Load shedding in Pakistan
Electricity is in short supply in Pakistan, and as a result electric load shedding, breakdowns, power outages, fluctuations, blackouts, etc, are a common feature in the country. Whether it is summer or winter load shedding is there. Sometimes it is scheduled, while on other occasions it is totally unscheduled. The latter is the worst because it causes untold problems and hardships to the electricity dependent community.  It can be confidently said that the electric supply has never been reliable at any time in Pakistan
There are many factors behind electric load shedding in Pakistan. These factors include shortage in river waters, over-population, new connections, electric supply to villages, low generation of electricity fewer dams, power-theft, lice losses, etc. Then, load shedding is the result of corruption of electricity, mismanagement and defective planning in WAPDA. Besides, incomplete projects like Kalabagh Dam, misuse of available resources no generation from atomic and solar energy, lack of consensus and the apathy of the government contribute to load shedding
Pakistan cannot make progress in any field in the presence of load shedding. Therefore, the government should take all possible measures to end load shedding from the country. First of all, should remove corruption, inefficiency and mismanagement from WAPDA. Second, new mega dams should be constructed without further delay. Third, the present available resources should be developed immediately. Fourth, power should be generated from solar and nuclear energy. Fifth, power-theft should be stopped forthwith. On the other hand, people should make wise and proper use of electricity. The should turn to using energy saving devices. No doubt, such steps can help a great deal in ending load shedding from the country.

Kashmir Problem

KASHMIR PROBLEM                                       Human rights have been recognized by the United Nations Organization and big powers of the world. But there are still some countries which are deprived of their basic human rights. They are still being crushed by the imperialistic rulers. They are facing violence injustice and cruelty. Kashmir is one of them. The English rulers sold the state of Kashmir to Gulab Singh, Dogra Sardar, for a very small amount first the people of Kashmir were subjected to untold miseries by the Dogra and afterwards by the Indian armies. Pakistan has been trying to solve the issue in a peaceful manner but all her efforts proved futile.
In 1948, the oppressed Kashmir is revolted against the Dogra tyranny and with the help of Pakistani people they
Succeeded in liberating a part of their motherland. This liberated part is called Azad Kashmir. India took this issue to U.N.O. The United Nations Organization adopted a resolution guaranteeing supported her and plebiscite could not be held up to his day

Kalabagh Dam

                                                             KALABAGH DAM
Having remained in the cold storage for so many years, Kalabagh Dam is once again in the limelight. It has become crystal clear to all and sundry that the construction of this mega project is inevitable not only for the progress and prosperity but also for the future water requirements of Pakistan. AS this project has always met severe criticism, no government could initiate its construction although all the feasible reports and surveys okayed this project. The present government, with its vow to construct Kalabagh and Bhasha dams at all costs, has seemingly opened a new Pandora’s box. Let us wait and see which way the wind blows.
The proposed site for Kalabagh Dam is 15 miles above Kalabagh city on the Indus river, with the reservoir in the NWFP and the dam in punjab. It would be 11,000 feet long and 060 feet above river bed. Its storage capacity would be 6.1 million acre feet. The total land consumed would be 35000 acres; Punjab sharing 27500 and NWFP 7500 acres respectively.
The need for mega dams like Kalabagh and Bhasha has increased all the more as per future water requirements of Pakistan. First, out of the 140 MAF water flowing annually in the river Indus, only 107 MAF is consumed for irrigation while the rest (33 MAF) goes to drain. By harnessing this water, we can not only generate abundant electricity but also meet out water demands during dry season. Second, the present reservoirs like Terbela, Mangla and war sake are constantly losing their capacity, strength and age due to desalting and unusual wear and tear. Hence, we need now mega dams. Third, the small dams are  cost-effective, short-lived and flood-prone while mega dams like Kalabagh are low cost-effective, long lasting and flood proof.
Pakistan urgently needs to increase water supply in order to meet fast-growing food, fibred and energy requirements. There fore, the immediate construction of Kalabagh Dam is inevitable. Otherwise, the country will be terribly short of water, power and grain. Let us construct Kalabagh Dam with consensus in the best interest of the country and nation. We should be ready to face minor losses for big gains.

Nuclear In Pakistan

                                          NUCLEAR PAKISTAN
With the grace of Allah, Pakistan became a nuclear power on May 28 1998. Thanks to the nuclear explosion of India on May 11, 1998. Pakistan is the first Muslim country that has achieved this capability. Pakistan was forced to become a nuclear power for its very survival in the teeth of hegemonic nuclear India. Bo doubt, we have achieved a reliable deterrent in the form nuclear weapons to check any evil designs against Pakistan.
There are many advantages of our becoming a nuclear power. First, we have succeeded in restoring the disturbed military balance between India and Pakistan. Second, we have achieved a reliable deterrent against a foreign danger. We cannot match India in conventional weapons. So, a nuclear deterrent will prove very effective. Third we have checked the India aggressive and hegemonic designs against Pakistan. Furth, it has created a sense of self-reliance in us. Now we need not run from pillar to post to seek military aid from ferine monopolists. Fifth, it has earned a respectable status for Pakistan particularly in the eyes o the Islamic world. Above all, it has forced adamant India to come to the dialogue-table to solve all core issues including Kashmir through dialogues.
The world has already found Pakistan responsible state. No doubt a responsible nuclear Pakistan can play an important role in maintaining and promoting peace progress prosperity and stability in the whole world.

Bomb Blast

                                  BOMB BLASTS IN PAKISTAN
Pakistan has been in the grip of terrorism for many years. The recent acts of bomb blasts have rocked the whole country. These successive blasts have caused a heavy loss of life and property. The terrorists are targeting public places as well as certain personalities. The whole administration seems totally helpless in this regard.
There are many factors behind these bomb blasts in the country. First of all foreign hand seems. Involved in these blasts. We are paying heavy price for supporting the Kashmir cause and the war against terrorism. Agents of RAW commit acts of terrorism to teach Pakistan a tough lesson for supporting the Kashmir cause. Similarly KHAD and MOSSAD are busy in destabilizing Pakistan second. Anti Islam and anti-Pakistan elements commit cowardly acts like bomb blasts. Out nuclear program and economic progress are an eye-sore for them. Third frustrated and discarded elements like certain ethnic political and sectarian groups are also suspected giving a finger in the pie. Fourth our concerned law and order agencies have miserably failed to check acts of terrorism our to the it corruption inefficiency ,is managements poor training in vigilance political involvement lack of professionalism and want of seems of duty. No less important factor is the carelessness and ignorance on the pat of the general public. Almost none of us adopts any precautionary measures to avoid such bomb blasts.
Proper measures should be taken to check further bomb blasts in the country. The concerned agencies must be extra vigilant efficient watchful and professional. The arrested culprits should be given exemplary punishments. The must be hanged publicly. The government should keep a strict watch on the unwanted and anti-state parties and elements. Infiltration from across the borders must be should not compromise out honor prestige integrity and principled stand on Kashmir. We should also promote an atmosphere of peace amity brotherhood sacrifice justice equality unity and consensus in the country. Then we should adopt all possible precautionary measures to check such bomb blasts. No doubt such measures will help us a great deal incubating such type of terrorism.

AIDS
AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency syndrome. It is the name of a deadly disease that destroys the immunity system of a person and leads hum to sure death. Without proper blood tests, to is difficult to diagnose it because its say melons are confused with weight loss, night sweats, profound fatigue, anemia, skin rashes, tumor, episodes of fever, pneumonia, etc. This deadly disease is spreading like a bush-fir throughout the world particularly in those countries here free sex is common. Pakistan is also not free from AIDS. The official count of AIDS- parents in Pakistan lies at 5000 and an estimated twenty to thirty thousand. Unless checked on war-footing the situation will become even worse.
Many factors contribute to AIDS First it is the result of sexual intercourse with the affected person male or female. Secondly sharing of contaminates and affected needles roars and other such instruments cause AIDS. Thirdly it is acquired by receiving affected blood or blood –product. Fourthly affected mothers nay pass the virus on to their babies. Besides prostitution homo-sexuality extra-marital relations pollution of mind detachment from religion and morality etc all limits of morality.
No doubt out sincere return to religion morality and piety can save us from a menace like AIDS because the solution to all our ills lies in religion
